Warranty period

All ADO Ebikes are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. (All free accessories are excluded from warranty service).

Warranty period and eligibility conditions


Once the original purchaser places an order and receives the product from our online store, the warranty is automatically registered and applies only to the original purchaser.

Ⅱ) Target products
ADO Ebike will replace parts determined to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipping), except in cases of user negligence. The products covered by the warranty are as follows:

Note

Frame issues excluded from this warranty include, but are not limited to:

1. Corrosion

2. Paint fading, scratches, impact marks

3. Impact damage

4. Irreversible modifications (drilling, welding, etc.)

5. Frame-mounted chain protector (if applicable)

Battery non-warranty status

1. Accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunts, racing, or other similar activities that differ from the intended use of the Product), improper storage, liquids, chemicals; defects or damage resulting from unusual exposure to heat, moisture, abrasives, sand, dirt, neglect, or unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress;

2. Defects or damage due to private modifications.

3. Scratches, dents or cosmetic damage, except as caused by the ADO Ebike;

4. Products whose serial number or bar code has been removed, defaced, damaged, altered or rendered illegible;

5. normal wear and tear;

6. Defects or damage to the Product resulting from the use of accessories, products or attachments/peripherals not provided or approved for the Product by ADO Ebike;

7. Defects or damage caused by assembling, testing, operating, maintaining, installing, servicing, repairing or adjusting the Product in a manner different from the assembly or operating instructions;

8. Defects or damage caused by external factors such as collisions, fires, floods, windstorms, lightning strikes, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, improper use of electrical sources.

NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY:

1. Parts damaged by corrosion due to exposure to the elements (moisture, heat, etc.);

2. Damage or deterioration of the product's surface finish, appearance or aesthetics;

3. Frames, forks, handlebars, seatposts, saddles, brakes, lights, cranksets, pedals, rims, wheel hubs, freewheels, cassettes, derailleurs, shifters, motors, throttles, controllers, wire harnesses, LCDs, kickstands , reflectors and hardware warranty period is limited to one week after delivery. Any parts damaged in use after 7 days will be billed to the customer;

4. Labor costs for part replacement or replacement;

5. Accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including, but not limited to, stunt riding, racing, or similar activities that differ from the intended use of the product), improper storage, liquids, chemicals, Defects or damage resulting from unusual exposure to moisture, abrasives, sand, dirt, neglect, or unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress;

6. Scratches, dents or cosmetic damage not attributable to the ADO Ebike;

7. Products whose serial number or bar code has been removed, defaced, damaged, altered or rendered illegible;

8. Defects or damage to the Product resulting from the use of accessories, products or attachments/peripherals not provided or approved by ADO Ebike for the Product;

9. Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair or adjustment in a manner different from the assembly or operating instructions;

10. Defects or damage caused by external factors such as collisions, fires, floods, windstorms, lightning strikes, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, improper use of electrical sources.

11. Normal wear and tear not caused by defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by ADO Ebike. Parts not normally covered include, but are not limited to:
brake pad

rotor

spoke

tire/tube

chain

chain ring

cassette

crankset

Complaint handling


1. Warranty claims

All claims under this warranty must be made through ADO Ebike, official@adoebike.com. Proof of purchase and a photo or video of the damaged product are required for warranty claims.

Please contact ADO Ebike at official@adoebike.com before making a warranty claim. There may be an easy fix that does not require you to file a warranty claim. Valid warranty claims made within one year of original purchase will be processed through ADO Ebike.

A security deposit is required for LCD display, motor, controller and battery replacement, which will be fully refunded once ADO Ebike receives the parts that need to be replaced.

ADO Ebike will not replace any part unless we confirm the photo or video of the damaged product. Please provide this proof by email.

Note ADO Ebike provides free parts and replacement parts (but not including shipping costs).
2.Transport Damage Claims <br>On rare occasions, the item you receive may be damaged in transit. In the event of transport disruption, please contact official@adoebike.com. Please provide photo or video proof.
No replacement or compensation will be provided if the free parts are scratched during shipping.

3. About repair under warranty <br>If the bicycle is under warranty, we will try our best to repair it if there is any quality problem, but ADO Ebike's after-sales service engineer will repair it if it is ADO Ebik's acceptance for the customer. If it is determined that it is not suitable for you, we will replace it with a sample bicycle of the same level according to the actual situation. Please provide photo or video proof to your inquiry email official@adoebike.com.

1. We will not accept any claim for transportation damages after 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

2.ADO Ebike only replaces parts for free against the repair service of offline bike shops like Velotoler. We do not reimburse any labor costs for repair services.

This warranty is provided by ADO to the original owner only from the date of purchase and is not transferable.
IN NO EVENT WILL ADO BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ECONOMIC LOSS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LIABILITY FOR DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE.

ADO MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in time to the express warranties set forth above.

Warranty details may vary by frame type and country. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
